Disclaimer: Not all situations can be anticipated, it is the role of the Range Safety Officer (RSO) to resolve disputes and the RSO is the final word. We are not following IDPA, IPSC or USPSA rules.

Calibers accepted are 9mm thru 45 cal. Semiautomatic only. Open sights only, no red dot, no scopes, no lasers.

Course of Fire for each group shall consist of shooting one target from at the five (5) yard line, one target at the ten (10) yard line, one target at the (15) yard line. Targets shall be changed after each 8 round Course of Fire. After the three rounds of fire are complete and targets scored, if there are more than two shooters in a group that are tied for first and or second place a run off shoot will be held for that specific group (1st or 2nd place). Only two shooters will advance to the semifinals. From the semifinal shoot, only two shooters will advance to the final round. We will be using a 15 second run down timer and all shooters will cease firing at the sound of the beep. A shooter that continues to fire after the beep will be DISQUALIFIED.

The final elimination round by the best two shooters the course of fire will consist of four bowling pins set on 4×4 stand offs and one popper per shooter. The first shooter to knock all four bowling pins off the 4x4’s (4x4’s must remain standing) and drop the popper will be the winner.

Note: The winner must be able to past the background check after completing the form 4473 and approval must be received before the winner can collect the prize. No cash value will be associated with this prize. Shooters Station Arms can offer the winner a cash value once the price ceremony is completed.

Gun jams and do-overs. If your gun jams clear it while keeping your barrel down range and continue shooting until the beeper sounds. There are no do-overs. If your gun is still jammed at the end of the round of fire a Gun Smith will be called in to resolve the issue.

1. The RSO is the final say on all controversies or disagreements.

2. Each shooter is required to load 8 rounds. Shooting with more than 8 rounds at any time will result in Immediate Disqualification from the match. You may have all three mags loaded prior to the shoot. Your mag load is your responsibility.

3. At any time, a shooter is Disqualified, shooter is considered finished for this match and shall no longer be allowed to participate in the shoot. Entrance fee is forfeited.

4. Weapons are not to be handled unless instructed to do so by the Range Safety Officer. Flagging or flagrant violation of common sense gun handling rules will result in immediate Disqualification.

5. At the instruction of the RSO, shooters will remove their weapon and place it on the shooting booth bench. No further handling of the weapon is allowed. Shooter can load magazine(s) at the back bench and get prepared. If the weapon you are going to use is loaded notify the RSO before you handle the weapon. The RSO will declare the Range Hot and work with you to off load your weapon.

6. Types of weapons allowed, open sights only. Red dot, SCOPES, AND LASERS of any type are not allowed.

7. RSO will brief on Safety, First Aid Kit, Eye Wash Station and course of fire prior to start of the shoot. Each shooter will have three targets, and targets will be changed after each COF.

8. Each shooter will have three targets, and targets will be changed after each COF. Targets are to be marked with the distance target was shot at.

9. Each target will be checked and scored by the RSO immediately after the COF is completed. A minus five point will be assessed for every shot outside the nine (9) ring. All shots must be completely inside the nine (9) ring, breaking the (nine (9) ring line is a missed shot.

10. A shooting group shall consist of not more than eight (8) shooters. There will be two shooters from each group that will advance to the semifinal round. Once all groups have completed and two shooters remain from each group, those final six (6) shooters will shoot in the semifinal round. The semifinal round shall continue until two shooters remain, ties for 1st and 2nd place will shoot a run off at the 15 and 20 yard line. Only two shooters will advance to final round.

11. Each Course of Fire (COF) will be allocated 15 seconds on a countdown timer. If all rounds are not shot at the end of 15 seconds, THOSE will be counted as misses, as evidenced by lack of holes in target. Tied scores at the end of three shoot rounds (i.e. 5, 10, 15 yard) those individuals tied for 1st or 2nd place will shoot an elimination course at the 15-yard line and then at the 20-yard line. Again, shots outside the (9) ring will be scored as a miss.

12. The Final Round shall consist of two (2) shooters and two shooters only. Those two shooters shall be shooting bowling pins and one popper. Each of the two final shooters will be shooting four bowling pins positioned on four by four (4×4) standoffs, pins must be knocked off the 4×4 without knocking down the 4×4 standoff. Once all four bowling pins are down then the shooter can proceed to shoot the popper. Shooting the popper prior to shooting the bowling pins will result in a Disqualification and thereby forfeiture.

13. Shooters will be required to stand in the booth while shooting.

 Ladies Fun Shoot 5/21/17

 

First round:  Two shooters at a time.  2 magazines of 6. Par time 15 seconds.

Ten bowling pins set up in a traditional triangle – front pin at the 7 yards line.

At start signal shoot down pins.  Each pin that falls is worth 2 points.

 

Second Round: Up to 6 shooters at a time. 25 rounds total.  May load mags as desired.

5 yards – 5 shots – 7 seconds

10 yards – 5 shots- 10 seconds

New targets then,

15 yards – 5 shots – 10 seconds

20 yards– 5 shots – 10 seconds

25 yards – 5 shots – 10 seconds.

Hits inside the scoring rings receive number of points indicted. X-ring=10 points.

 

Third Round: 3 shooters at a time.  2 magazines of 6. Par time 15 seconds.

Zombie Clay targets at 7 yard line– 15 seconds to hit clays.  2 points per hit.

 

Fourth Round: Three shooters at a time. 2 magazines of 6.  Par time 20 seconds.

For each shooter: 5 bowling pins diagonally 7-10 yard lines, 1 popper at 25 yards set at angle.

At the start signal shoot bowling pins down, then engage the popper.  2 points for each pin, 5 points for popper. Minus 10 points for knocking down popper out of sequence.
